Here's how it works:

Choose Your Moodboard: Each month, we release a new collection of moodboards on our website, carefully crafted to fit the theme of the month. Select the moodboard that resonates with your style.

Length & Finish: Choose from Long to X-short length and Glossy and Matte finish. Note your length and desired finish (Glossy or Matte) down in the note section while checking out.

Collaborative Design Process: Once you've chosen your moodboard, our design team will work closely with you to create a custom nail set. The design is sent back and forth between Amor Nails and you until we reach a final approved design that you're 100% satisfied with.

Approval, Production, and Processing Time: Once the design is finalized and approved, we will begin crafting your custom set. The entire process, including design collaboration and production, will take 1-3 weeks. Timely feedback during the design stage is important to ensure this timeframe is met.

Sizing: To guarantee a perfect fit, please refer to our Sizing Guide available on the website. We recommend using this guide to find your correct nail size. If you already know your sizes, provide them during the ordering process. 

Shipping: Once the nails are crafted, your set will be shipped to your address promptly.

Important Information:

Design Revisions: You are allowed design revisions during the collaborative process. 
Approval Timeline: Please aim to finalize your design within 7 days of starting the process. This ensures timely delivery and avoids delays.

Monthly Updates: Moodboards are updated monthly, and designs must be selected from the current month's collection. Once a new month begins, the previous month’s moodboards will no longer be available.

Non-refundable: Due to the personalized nature of this product, all sales are final once production begins.
