Steps to Place a Custom Order

    • Inspiration: Browse our 'Design Inspo' page for inspiration or come up with your unique design.
    • Details: Consider colors, patterns, shapes, lengths, and any specific details like embellishments or special finishes.
    • Submission: When placing your order, upload any reference images or sketches that capture your desired look.
    • Do this through our Instagram, or the custom order form: 

  2. Select Your Nail Sizes:

    • Measure Your Nails:
      • Use a flexible measuring tape or our sizing kit to measure each nail. Refer to our 'Sizing Guide' for detailed instructions.
      • Record the width of each nail in millimeters or inches.
    • Submit Your Measurements:
      • Enter your measurements when prompted in the custom order form.
      • If you're unsure about your measurements, order our sizing kit or visit our Sizing Guide' for different ways to size your nails. 

 

Step 1: Placing Your Order

Before filling out the custom order form, you need to place your order on our website. Follow these steps:

  • Visit our website and browse through our collection of luxury press-on nails.
  • Choose the design and style you love and add it to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and complete the payment process.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order number. Keep this number handy as you will need it to complete the custom order form.

 

Step 2: Access the Custom Order Form

  • Navigate to the Custom Order page on our website.
  • You can find the link to this form in a separate email after placing your order or down below. 

Step 3: Fill Out the Required Information

          • Order Number: Enter the order number you received after placing your order. This helps us match your custom preferences with your purchase.
          • Name: Provide your full name as used in the order.
          • Email Address: Enter the email address you used when placing the order. This is crucial for communication and updates regarding your custom nails.
          • Nail Size: Provide your nail size, when prompted. Visit our sizing guide page for the best ways to size your nails.

      • Double-check your measurements and design details.
      • Confirm that all information is accurate.
      • For any questions contact us through Instagram, Email, or the Contact page.
      • We respond promptly so your request will be seen and responded to within 24 hours.

    • Review Period: Our team will review your custom order details to ensure everything is clear. We may contact you for any clarifications.
    • Production Time: Custom orders typically take between 4-6 business days to create, depending on the complexity of the design.
    • Quality Check: Each set is meticulously crafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality before shipping.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Clear Specifications: Provide as much detail as possible in your custom order form to ensure we accurately capture your vision.
  • Measurement Accuracy: Accurate nail measurements are crucial for a perfect fit. Follow our 'Sizing Guide' carefully or use our sizing kit.
  • Changes and Modifications: Once your custom order is submitted, changes can be made within 24 hours. After that, we begin the production process, and modifications may not be possible.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement to begin the production of your custom nails.
  • Non-Refundable: Custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
